My name is Cephas, from Bangalore.
My mother transferred 6000 rupees on Friday-17th August, from Punjab National bank (IFSC CODE-PUNB 0497000) and transaction number-PUNBH 12230011293
I am yet to receive the money. There has been no help of any sort from UNION BANK customer care employees and they keep saying 2 working days for the past 11 DAYS for the problem to get rectified.
Punjab bank has done their part to help me and have verified that the funds have been transferred from their branch and cross checked it.
