Hi,
My Name is Amit Kumar and my police number is 3005/ 2010042790 /B/ 0000000743 and Claim number MOT02573534. I have insured my bike under ICICI Lombard insurance company policy and my bike was damaged in a road accident. I called a company customer executive for claimed the insurance so he suggested me to give a bike to the Mayapuri service centre to claimed the bike insurance and i gave my bike at Mayapuri service centre to get all right on Monday 9 July, 2012 and service man of center said we’ll give you a bike on Wednesday 11 July, 2012, After one week they hand over my bike but service centre recovered only one side (Half work) of a bike and handed over to me and said whenever they get Bike body parts they will call me and I am still waiting for that.
Till the date I got a only two calls from the insurance company, and they said we are doing our best to provide a service. But nothing has been happened. My bike is standing on the road as a same condition and it’s been more than two months. I used my bike for my daily routine and without bike my daily travel expenses goes up high for that now I have to pay more than Rs. 400 for a daily travel expense. And there is no confirmation from the insurance company that on which particular date or time they provide me full service.
Even I had send a mail regarding same to company senior office Mr. Souvir Kashyup ([email protected]) but nothing has happened.
Please suggest me or take me out in this matter.
