Hi sir/mam,
I have disconnected my reliance data card on march 2012.But i am getting bills regularly ,I have visited the customer care executives in anna nagar,ambattur nd also in man branch.
I have also paid money till april bill without any usage.I have also visited main branch in nungambakkam especially the legal department ,by the advice legal department member in nungambakkam branch i wrote a complaint letter.But there is no use,still am getting annoying calls and messages that legal notices have been prepared for the bills for last 3 months.Its sucking customer care center and their responses towards us.I have already received on march a legal advocate notice and have paid 1250/- without any usagee,Is this the way a company will treat the consumer? i dont know what to do…..
