This is a matrimony agency and they have commited lot many things but unable to give service. Initially they will pass on marraige matching with photo but they didn’t and told us that our package is excluded photo. We agrred. Lot many commitment but unable to fulfill. they can’t pickup calls of the client. by chance they pickup owner told that she was in the hospital for treatment. two days back when I gave the call his guy was told that she is busy in a meeting and today the owner said that she is in the hospital for past 4-5 days. and lastly she told that she will join on 28th Aug’12 give me calls for the marraige matching issues. hearing that I asked him to call me and I will not call. Then she blusted me over phone and threatening me. I have invested 3250/- and I want my money back. 1st time they send three matches but nothing has matured and we asked her to send many more matches. For that reason she was furious and talking worst.
Please help me to teach her a lesson
