My self along with 5 persons is residing in a Rented Flat from August 2011. We get this flat from a dealer who charged one month Rent as dealer charges on August 2011 & our lease expired on July 2012 as per mutual agreement (as per signed lease papers) between tenant, Owner & dealer. We wanted to renew the lease & we get surprised that dealer asked renewal charges of 15 days revised monthly rent which he didn’t informed us before or during initial stage. Unfortunately we have to give that Renewal Dealer Charges to the dealer to renew the lease. I wanted to know from this forum that what we have done is right or wrong,. If it is wrong please let us know what action has to be taken . The proof of Initial Dealer Charges & renewal Dealer charges is available with me in Plain paper with details furnished & signed by the dealer.
Require your valuable suggestion so that if something can be done to make our country fraudulent or loot from the above scenario.
