I HAVE TAKEN A MEDICLAIM POLICY FROM A AUTHORIZED AGENT AND I AM VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED FOR THE SAME..
THE AGENT HAVE DONE THE SIGNUP FORMALITIES WITHOUT MY CONSENT, ALSO I DIDNT RECEIVED ANY CONFERMATION CALL FROM BAJAJ ALLIANZ REGADING ON WHICH DATE MY ECS SHOULD BE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT,MY SALARY GETS CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT ON 6TH OF EVERY MONTH AND MY ECS DATE FIXED BY THE AGENT/INSURANCE IS 8TH, BUT THEN TOO THE COMPANY (BAJAJ ALLIANZ) ARE HITTING THE ECS ON 5TH OF EVERY MONTH, BECAUSE OF WHICH EVERY MONTH ECS BOUNCE CHARGES ARE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. TILL NOW 1000 RUPEES ARE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR THIS ECS BOUNCE CHARGES, WHEN I TRY TO CONTACT THE AGENT, HE DOESNOT GIVE A PROPER REPLY, SO PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION ON THE SAME AND FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME IF ANY DETAILS OR CONCERNS..
