Please find my complaint sent to BSNL authorities for the restoration of services (Land line & Broadband internet)
My land line and broad band internet are not working for 6 months though I am paying regularly for both.

Dear Sir,
My Telephone (landline) and broad band internet (Package: RS 500) mentioned above is not working since 6 months. Though I am paying bills regularly till date and my repeated request for restoration of services (landline and borad band internet) has been ignored many times by the concerned authorities.
Many times visited the concerned telephone exchange in Vakkom and requested the concerned officer / technician for the maintenance, only false promises were given and no action is been taken. Two written complaints were given to the same exchange (on 29th July and 22nd August) in this regard. It is very unfortunate that I did not receive any response from authorities till now.
Needless to mention that my right for continued services has been denied for 6 months without any reason and we suffered a lot personally and financially. (fee of 6 months paid for nothing)
Request your kind help and intervention in this regard for early restoration of my landline and broadband services.
