Had bought the box for my water pump on 04th August 2012 from Ekta Celectricity company under inv 130/5467 and they did not work. Went to replace the same which dealer refused to do. On the same day, I lodged complaint on Crompton helpline, job no. 1208007021 which they promised to resolve in 48hours.
It is still pending and unresolved.
It is a torcher to survive without a water and investing so much of money.
Needs compensation for the mental torcher & harassment and the money should be returned without any delay
