I have bought my vehicle in last year December. From the day first onwards handle pulling problem is there. I have asked about the same but they told me that it will be resolved in 1st service. I have raised this problem in first, 2nd, 3rd and fourth service also. But they have not resolved. For 2 Services I have given my bike to JSP to resolve this issue. After long discussion with service manager and customer care at JSP they have checked and told me that, problem with Frame and they don’t to replace it. Again I went to Autofin after Complaint logging. Autofin people agreed to replace the part. I have given my vehicle on 8th of this month. Daily I am visiting the service centre as it is 15 KM from my place. I have checked the vehicle yesterday. The problem has not completely resolved and they are asking money for numbering on frame. Why I have to pay the money?
1. As the problem is from the day first. It is a manufacturing defect.
2. How your QC is working?
3. Why they are delivering this type of vehicles without testing?
4. Why the showroom people are giving vehicles without testing?
I want new bike now.
As I have faced a lot of health problems and mental tensions with your product and service.
