No Proper Responce From coustmer care.Not getting my problem solved from 2 months

iam karthik.iam using AIRCEL internet service.My aircel number is 9700162531.i have beeen complaining to there customer care executives about my problem about not working of internet in my area.but i can browse internet other than my area due some network problem.i have been complain from about two months.they have given about 6 complaint numbers till now.they are just raising complaint again and again but iam not geting proper responce from them.there attitude towards me is so mean.they ending my call without any proper responce.if i asked them to transfer my call to there superiors.they are keeping my call on hold for half hour and ending my call without proper reply.here are the complaint number which i have submited on 30th of last month.1-9132782369,i have raised 3 complaints from the same number.the other complaint numbers are 1-9520257315,1-9553041633,1-9616566701.i want you to go over my concern and get my problem solved as soon as possible.i will be so thank full to you.
