I had booked three tickets and the same has been canceled and the amount has not been refunded to me since last one week and no one in the customer care number responds.

My experience with IRCTC shows that the amount of refund is normally credited to the bank account in 8-10 days from the date of cancellation. You can very well enquire with your bank also (in case you have cancelled online)But, be sure IRCTC will certainly refund your amount,
