I am Rishi Sharma and having connection of BSNL at 132 Kalpana Nagar Raisen Road Piplani, Bhopal Madhya Pradesh and my BSNL Account no is 1000318842 registered on name of my father Mr Satish Chandra Sharma residing on the same above premises. I have changed my plan on July 2012 and paid a bill of 1250/- INR on portal.bsnl.in again I get a bill of 566/- INR on 5th of Aug 2012. When I met to the registered office they are saying that they will refund my bill, but it is more than 30days no conversation is made and stating they will compensate in next bill again and again but not compensating on any bill.
