I had ordered a h20 mopx5 from this company some 20 days ago. The parcel arrived the next day and I gave the money to the courier guy. However, when I opened the pack, I found that half the parts where not there in the parcel. I called this company to send me the remaining parts, but they have not sent it till now. Some girl call Mona picks up the phone and tells that she is not allowed to share the management teams number with anyone. Yesterday, she told me that today some courier guy will come to refund the money, but no one has come till now. The so called ‘Mona’ is also not picking up the phone now. This is a fraud company and I have spent more than 1000 rs on phone calls now. I am going to file a complaint against them in consumer court and demand a compensation as they have caused a lot of inconvenience and mental agony to me.
