I ordered a Philips Toaster on 28 Feb 2012 online through timtara.com,after a specfied shipping period I called timtara to check the status about my order,they informed it is out of stock,and will ship in approx 8 business days,the trend continued the same,after approx 2-3 months I see in my timtara account status as REFUND PENDING and till date my REFUND IS PENDING,which is almost 6-7 months and I am spending huge amount on phone calls,and I am getting no response of my emails.
PLEASE HELP ME.
