Beetal UPS Service – The worst from the company

Hi,

It is more than 2 months (date of complaint raised – 12-Oct-2011 ) and the UPS’s with the below complaint numbers are not yet fixed.

We are very much upset with the service and the product. We paid for the product and it is more than 2 months they are still lying in our office without being used. The above said UPS have not even used for a week.

I want a replacement.

We are located in Chennai and brought 25 UPS from Vendor believing in your brand, However it turned to be bitter.
It is not even 3 weeks and 8 of them are not working, Can you please look into this and do needful.
