Builder is not providing promised services

Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: Tarabai Park

Hi Team,

I have purchased flat in 2009 in Keshav nagar.Pune. Builder name is Suhas Gaikwad and project name is Tarabai Park.
As per the commitment he must provide all faclilities right from maintenance of passage,Gradens, Campus lights,Ample water supply etc..

The whole society is fade up with number of follow – ups and he never entertain our queries or meeting request.

Also, It has been more than 2 years and still society formation in not in place.

We would like to seek you instatnt help and resolution or any suugestions on this issue.
