fraud by pospaid connection (9958950580)

I have take pospaid connection of airtel but when i took this sim then ur told me that i have giving u 199monthly rental SME plan & my call rates will be 10paise p/m airtel to airtel & 30paisa p/m & 40paisa p/m std but when my is to started then ur company wem caller says to me ur plan is not a SME plan ur plan another chargable plan. that is going on fraud with me please take immediately action for my complaint. Bcz i can proof of my SME plan. When ur company field executive came in my house for security amount then he gave me security amount reciept & mention in this reciept i will get SME plan of airtel pospaid connection then i gave to security amount of her i am illiterate from this matter
please solve out this problem
