To Personal attention of top authority for serious action against Airtel responsible authority
Hon sir my mobile no is 918866750205 at present in Airtel and they again and again reject my portability request under bogus ground and their 2 executive at 20.30 hrs on their 198 on dt 18/08/2012 had disconnected my complaint without any noting information.actually after my request of mobile no portability they had started post paid plan of Rs 199 without asking me and any require even information . Then they are giving wrong reason of rejection portability as I have completed more than six months in their connection. This is quite fraudulent and require suitable charge sheet to them. In fact their net work is not available at my seating place and I do not get my important telephone .Also vodafone has very good tie up with our office and their network is fine. so Airtel is giving me loss and harassment and I therefore demand to arrange suitable charge sheet against their responsible authority as they do not understand seriousness of mobile portability and also they should consider me compensation means adjustment of suffering loss as Govt has given notification to take action against the portability rejection of the company. praful a kotecha mobile 918866750205
