Sir,
My mother had a DOCOMO modem. I have transferred the modem to my name. when applied for the broadband, I have asked for prepaid one. but they cheated me telling that no prepaid is available. and I had asked for a 500 Rs rental plan. but they given me a connection of 800 Rs rental plan without even informing me. they had neither informed me about the “Credit Limit”, nor given any documents. but 7 days before the validity got over, they disconnected my line without showing any cause, and later sent a bill. I wanted to talk to their grievance cell. they told they don’t have one. The line remained disconnected and unused. But surprisingly, in the next month’s billing period, they sent me a bill adding the rental for the next month!!!!!!. It became2191 Rs. And more surprising is that, when i asked for the details, they sent me a ghostly usage details, which is not only impossible, but also absurd. I denied to pay that without the clarification and adjustment. Now they sent me Advocate’s notice threatening for the payment or filing a case in High-court. the letter was dated 11.08.12, and deadline was within 7 days. But it reached me on 20.08.12 (7 days over already). I pray you a fair justice and support to me against this fraud.
