NEW MOBILE OF MICROMAX MOBILE STOPPED WORKING WITHIN A MONTH.

Dear Sir,
I am writing from Chennai.
I purchased a brand new mobile of MICROMAX make model A56 on 08.07.2012.
The mobile has stopped working within a month and not getting any support from the Dealer M/s.Universal mobiles at Venkatnarayana road shop and also service centre at Chennai (Egmore of Micromax).
I do not have a phone and finding it difficult to communicate for my official calls .
Please help me.
