Country Vacations fraud

I had registered for Country vacations offer(Membership # DT620769)on 5 May 2011 in Bangalore.I assumed that since it was a division of Country Club it would be a genuine company.They asked me to provide the amount(Rs.80,000/-) in cash on teh same day (else offer expires)and signed a purchase agreement for the same.They provided me with a temporary ID card and mentioned that they would send me my actual Membership card soon to my GOa address(as I had informed them that I would be leaving Goa soon.They confirmed.However till now I have not received the Permanent card.I called and spoke to so many reps but they said my application is being held up in the Hyd head office. I was in contact with Mr. Shivram form the Bangalore Koramangala office but he started giving reasons that his phone is not working properly(9900205205). I have a payment receipt accepted by Abdul Sattar .Please help me recover my money.Thanks
