This complaint is regarding birthday cake. I am Mrs. Madhulika Tiwari, wanted to send birthday cake to my sister Mrs. Priya Palkar who is staying in ahmedabad so i ordered cake online worth Rs 845 from …….. These people dilevered cake on correct date i.e on 20-08-2012, but they dilevered wrong cake which worth Rs. 710 so i called them and said this is not the cake which i ordered, please come and replace it, then they said your home is really far we can not do that we can only return back your 55 Rs i.e (845-710) + 7% extra that comes around Rs.65 so basically 55+65=120 Rs they will refund me. But i said, i dont want this cake, please return back my whole amount also come and take this cake or else replace this cake which i ordered because we dont like and eat full of icing cake, i asked give me your address so that i will send someone to replace the cake, she said- i am really sorry we are not allowed to give our address and also that quality of the cake was not up to the mark and when i asked them that the quality is not good if someone will eat his/her throat will be affected, she said whatever cake was avilable we sended that. Also they tried to fool me , they have send the cake in monginis box but i very much sure that they send me local cake. The lady who attended my call named Khushboo, i asked her that i wanted to talk to your manager, she said it is not allowed. In all they spoiled my sister birthday and also i spend 100 Rs in all the conversation so i need your help to take necessary action.
