Unable to sent more than 5 messages for a day..

Name of company/service: Airtel

I am unable to send more than 5 messages per day, while sending 6th message it prompting me “As per DoT limit 5 messages per day”.

Why is there no prior information given to the customer? We have paid money for the service, If government taken this setp will our serverice provider will compensate for the same.
