service regarding msi notebook/laptop.

sir, i gave my msi laptop on 19 th of june for service..but that day onwards i didnt get my laptop back, even they didnt called me..number of times i visited their retail shop, every time they gave excuses…now its around 2 months so i am complaining regarding servive of croma and i want quick action on my matter…please help me to solve my problem.and also i want to case on this company…..
