The credit card no.xxxxxxxxxxxx4644 is being used by me since 2005. On 19th August 2012 I got call from numbers +911147015200/+911146499000 claiming to call from SBI card & they gave me all the details of my card.
He offered me new discount as a complimentary card from sbi card and said that i will get W card which offers discount from 30% to 40% on usage of this cards at Big Bazar and many more stores. He said there would be no charges for the same and the facility will be provided absolutely free of cost.He asked me to punch in all my details i.e DOB, mailing address and card number.
Within few seconds I received a message on my mobile that “transaction of Rs 5799.00 made on sbi credit card through “SENATOR INTERNATIONAL”. I called SBI immediately and requested them to stop the payment as it was an misuse of my card.As it was sunday I could not get in touch with any of the rep’s. After repeated calls for about 3 hours I was able to block the card.Meanwhile I went to the police station to lodge my complain, they forwarded this to the cyber police cell and requested me to block my card.
I went to the main branch of SBI at Koti and no one from the credit card department was available.
I therefore request you to look into this matter and take necessary action against ” SENATOR INTERNATIONAL” and refund my amount misused.
