This is about justdial kolkata that

I want to register a Complain against Mr.Mayur jaiswal and Ms Reshmi sinha who the people are looking about my listing “Riddhi Siddhi Surgical”.

Firstly, when I joined the listing Mr.Mayur Jaiswal told me that you will get all the leads of your categories for Eastern Region and I have given a request to update my categories. But its updated in additional information page which is useless for me. As no will find Riddhi siddhi Surgical in that category by searching on the Justdial.
Secondly Several times I have complained about this to Mr.Mayur, he never helps me and I myself feel cheated and harassed every time I called up Mr.Mayur.

And finally, the most important thing is that Mr.Mayur kept hidden most the things to me about my listing. That I will not get all the leads of my category as I have paid less amount for the listing. And will not update my categories by myself. You have to mail and then it will be uploaded by Customer Support.

I am getting only lead of weighing machine mostly. Till date I haven’t received my agreement and invoice copy of justdial. My Previous complaint ID was “CSNJAN12U5J1C3* and CSNFEB12X1C0Y2 and many more which I don’t remember. Please solve my issue as early as possible or else refund my money. Otherwise I have to move on consumer forum.
Today I can not search my listing in kolkata also. I have complained this to Customer care. As Reshmi sinha Told me that it will be stop if I will not renew. But I think my listing is expired in October.
If you can not solve my issue this is my suggestion that please take strict action against Mr. Mayur and Ms Reshmi sinha. and replace them with better employees as this type of employee ruined your company’s Reputation by using their powers and in need of earning money they harasses and cheat customers like me to join as paid listing in your company. One time you can cheat any people but next time they know who you are??? So think about it.

    I have registered with just dial ltd for lead generation of my web development business in Hyderabad. I paid 3 months in advance and also they took ECS mandate from me to deuct Rs.2300 every month from my bank account. Afterthat, they started sending some leads to my mobile and email. I noticed that the leads sent by them are totally false, irrelevant and fake. none of them are genuine and I realised that I made a mistake. After seeing for 6 months I realised that they are cheating me with wrong leads. I asked them to discontinue my registration and stop the ECS deduction. They continue to deduct my money even after asking for discontinuing. When called their customer care department, they speak some irrelevant things and try to divert your discussion. Finally they say that they will continue to deduct for 9 months because it is there in the agreement. I said when i am not getting any service from you and requested for delisting my business with Justdial, what right do they have to take money from me simply without giving any product or service in return to me. I am now totally convinced that these people are cheaters and liers. My advice to anyone is not to go to them for any reason except you have lots of money to give to these beggars. Please do not trust those people at all and someone from the government may look into the matter and control such fraudulent people. Otherwise, everyone will think that they can also cheat people like justdial.

    I have new registered with Justdial.How to complaint againest Justdial for cheating our company’s cheque clear then . His executive not present our office and no reply or do not pickup my phn. Why? Pls help me.
