with reference to the subject here I would like to state that recently i have bought HTC ChaCha and very soon there had been problem in it screen, so I went to your Ahmedabad Service centre which is 500 Km far from my town and i told him about my issues and deposit my handset in full including battery, memory card, etc. after some days they called me that your handset is ready and can collect at anytime. when my uncle went there to receive that handset then on the basis of firmly believness, i brought it at home. when i opened that handset then i found there is no battery and memory card in such handset. then immediatly i called to concern service centre and they told that we have no any baatery and memory card here in excess and they are not responding properly regarding this issue. so it forced me to contact to you guys regarding such.
please look into this matter as soon as possible and revert me soon.
