Hello,
I’ve been trying to use my internet from past one week, its slower than my mobile internet speed. My plan provides 2MBPS with transfer rate of at least 250/sec. Now that was a history. I get the speed only the browse the internet, cant watch videos or download more that 4 MP. Decided to try customer care to call tech but its been a week and it always says ‘all our customers are busy attending other customers’. I even tried to call at mid night but the response is same. I pay Rs.950 for internet which is slower than my mobile internet. Please help me to resolve this.
