We had complined our Godrej fridge problem to Sahara, Gurgaon based service provider for Godrej Fridge. They referred Excellent Serivces, 1408, Main Market, Kotla Mubarakpur, Delhi, phone no. 9654718795, 8447101736, to repair our fridge. During June 22nd the fridge was repaired by replacing the colling lines and they insisted to have an AMC for three years for trouble free service. Accordingly an AMC was agreed vide receipt no. 081 dtd 22nd june 2012 and paid Rs. 4550 for three yers, valid till 22/06/2015. After month of service the cooling problem has again cropped and now we are trying to reach the service centre but both the numbers coming switched off. When we tried reaching Sahara, they refused to take any responsibility for this AMC. Can some one help?
