Hello Sir / Madam,
I am a customer of Eureka Forbes using their product for few years. I have been trying to register a complaint to the eureka forbes servicing centre. Eventhough they do register the complain / service request, no representative / technician have been attending to the problem form their side. After comaplaining several times form last month, they finally responded to my service request ( after getting a complain number registered ) on 03rd aug,2012. However, the techinician attending the problem was not upto the mark and he has increased the problem further more. The techinician promised to come back and fix the problem, however no response form his side till now. I have been calling to the helpline numbers and reminding them to send the technician. Only reply what I get form them is that they will try to forward the complain to the service department.
The helpline gave me the Mobile number of the area head for servicing eureka forbes product, however the mobile number is coming switched off.
I was assured of attending the complaints within 48 hrs at the time of subscripting for 3years servicing subscription, however they have failed to deliver the same several times.
