Induced into club mahindra holiday(1 day best offer)& made down payment 20900 on 10 jun2012 for WHITE STUDIO.MEMBERSHIP NO 2429082
told that(1) no cancellation, only 1 nt retention charge (2)can book in red season and white season 6 mth in advance( but will get 5 nts in red place of 7 nt in white)
During Welcome call on 24 jun I mentioned that wrong information about cancellation policy had been given.( ACTUAL ALL DAYS LOST IF CANCELLED LESS THAN 7 DYS IN ADVANCE)
Received brochure after 3-4 working days and realised that all school holidays in red season and advance booking only possible 15 dys in advance. My kg class daughter would exclude possibility of vacation in non school vaction time for next 12 years.
On 4 july informed by mail that I wanted to terminate membership.COMPANY HIDING AROUND 10 DY RULE TO REFUSE ANY REFUND AND COERCING ME TO TAKE RED SEASON MEMBERSHIP WHICH I CANNOT AFFORD.
When the downpayment was made on basis of wrong information the 10 dy rule is not valid.I am willing to return free gift of unused travel bag and 5 nt holiday & 3000 gift voucher.
