i was using an idea no. since 3 year..but my sim lost and company issued me replacement sim on 13 aug 2012..according to company policy sim sould restart in 2 to 8 hr..but its more than 8 days..mither the costomer care nor idea store is helping me..my idea no. 9092586521 is lost on 8 aug and still in use ..even no one is deactivating my lost sim
