I had purchased GC 360 phone from HS18 vide order no.905289925 on 15 Aug.2011.As it was defective so I returned it back but replaced set was also defective so again returned it back after mail from them(all documents present)Now they are claiming phone not recd by them but the courier electronic receipt & tracking shows recd by them, shipment no.V04621868 of DTDC has been received on Dec 14, 2011.Please help me from harassment COMPLAIN NOS LOGGED WITH THEM ARE 66283503,66407923 AND 72250515
