I have purchase a Motorola headset Model CHARM MB502 dated on 10/08/2011. After few months some problem in my headset. Company Replaced my headset with Motorola Fire XT-311 IMEI No. IS 358548041191178. But after 2 Months again problems in my headset. I have already submit my headset in Motorola service center dated on 17-july-2012. my headset in under warranty. My Motorola headset job sheet no is LZ-MO-12 00155 & My complaint no is 20808011052. Now 1 month passed but i have not receive my headset. Please solve my problem. Thanks
