KARTHIKEYAN FROM CHENNAI: trai has restricted mobile operators not to allow more than 5 sms so i requested my service provider to return me money which i have paid for sms pack but vodafone mangment refuses for that

Kindly note that the restriction has been effective as per the instructions received from the Government Regulatory. Currently, we do not have a confirmation on the same. We will keep you posted when there is an update. Please be informed that this directive is applicable across all the operators in India.
