The recent 5sms/day plan has been initiated without any prior notice to us consumers. Moreover, earlier I was paying Rs. 88 for 21,000 SMSes for 30 days, which came down to 3000 SMSes at the same cost, and now I am paying the same cost for 150 SMSes/30 days? I am a prepaid user and I have full right to use what I paid for. Plus having 5sms/day is as good as nothing! Where’s our Right to freedom of speech, thought and action?
