Dear Team,
I would like to bring to your notice that Star CJ has cheated me and haven’t delivered the product. On 1st Aug’2012 i have ordered a vaccum cleaner from their website and have transferred the amount of Rs.1101 online in their account for the same. It was mentioned on the website that the product will be delivered within 5-10 working days. Order no:20120801026583.
I have been following them and calling them day in and day out but the service offered is the worst when it comes to online shopping. It is 18th day of the month but i haven’t received my product nor the refund of my money.
I have spoken with Bhavana (TL), Suraj (complaint exe), Pawan (supervisor), Shiv Kumar (Supervisor) but all these guys were unable to resolve my complaint. I was suppose to gift the product to some one on 15th Aug but i couldn’t gift the same cos of the worst service levels of Star CJ.
The most harassing part is that they don’t transfer the line to the senior nor they provide any escalation matrix to the client to complaint to the next level. I have called the company on regular basis and i have the recordings of the same. Shiv Kumar and pawan use to keep me on hold for 15 mins and in between they use to mute the line…
I need compensation for the same as the entire team of star cj has harrased me and i have still not received my product…when i had a word with them on friday 17th, they told me to wait till next week and they are still not sure whether they will be able to deliver the product.
I need the compensation as the company has used my money for all these days. I need compensation @ the rate of 18% per day on the amount i have paid till the time i don’t get the refund or the product.
Team please help the customers fight against the cheating company like star cj
