I am a consumer of bank of baroda, branch=luncikui, Gujarat, Navsari-396445. I applied for ATM card last 1 year ago and i got my ATM card after 8 months. After i got my ATM card they did not give me any PIN number for access that card. They told me that it is in under process. I went for inquiry every 1 or 2 weeks without fail but not got any satisfactory answer from any employee of the bank. Me and my father complain the branch manager for this kind of service but still got same answer like we’ll do our best but still nothing happened. We are are facing day to day problems as i don’t have PIN number of my ATM card because nobody is willing to stand in ques for withdrawal of just 100//200 rupees. So i hope consumerforum will take strict action and prevent this kinda services.
