Hi, My name is uday and I have placed one order through Timtara online shopping site on 1st June 2012. I’ve requested them for quick deliver before and after placing the order with their Customer Care Executives but I haven’t got any proper response from them, the delivery time of the product is already completed but still I haven?t received the product…I am shame to tell you that I?ve requested them N number of times but still they failed to deliver my product on time and after the time too….I don’t really understand why are they doing this with me, finally on 27th June they came back to me by saying that the product is not in stock, I am really shock to hear such news from them because if the product is not available with them in stock, they should refund my money immediately or after few days but they responded me with the same after 27 days..later they told me to wait for 7 to 10 working days for refund the amount, that was really worst service deal by them committed with me but still today I haven’t got my payment as refund…I’ve made N no. of calls to their Customer Care Center, wrote many mails to their CCO but there is no proper response from them…They are just ignoring me all time by saying( Sorry for the inconvenience from us, we need more 4 days of time to work on it). Even I’ve given so much of time by understanding them but still I haven’t got my payment as refund…Now I really feel like, there is something suspecious with this website and they are doing Fraud Business. This is really worst shopping experience which I ever had. Please help me out with the solution to proceed further and get my payment.
