I purchased an XBOX 360 + Kinect bundle from their website www.pepperfry.com.
Product description says BOX CONTENTS
4GB CONSOLE, KINECT SENSOR, 1 WIRELESS CONTROLLER, KINECT SPORTS 1 DVD, KINECT ADVENTURES DVD,
But when i got the package after 5 days of purchase, i found that only 1 game DVD was in the box. Other 1 was missing.
So i immediately called their customer support, and they said there is a misunderstanding and this product comes only with 1 DVD.
And then he said, as product description says 2 dvds, you’ll get another dvd which will be shipped in next 48 hrs.
And then he escalated the issue and gave me the refrence no.
After 48 hrs, i didnt get any response from them, so i again called them stating the whole issue and previous ref. no.
Again the guy told me to wait for another 48 hrs.
Today again i called them, and now they are saying that second DVD, I should download from XBOX live, and it wont be shipped.
I said, when it is mentioned in your product description, and even on the bill i got, then you should send me that game dvd.
But she kept on insisting that i have to download that DVD.
What should i do about this?
