NON WORKING OF MTNL BORADBAND

I am using MTNL BROADBAND at my residence at F-385, 1ST FLOOR, SUDERSHAN PARK, NEW DELHI-15 my PHONE NO. IS 25446206 from the last 6 months my broadband is not working properly as out of 30 days it does not work for 20 days. The MTNL charges full bill every month and if we fail to pay on time they charge late charges and disconnect the phone thus harassing us as they are Govt owned service providers. You may check their records and will found several complaints for our phone No.

Sir, you are requested to kindly advice them to give their full services if at all they are charging for the same from the consumer. Now from yesterday, my phone is not working.
