Respected Sir, my name is someswara rao.P a native of jamadala(vil),parvathipuram(mdl) of vizianagaram district.i have a land line connection of BSNL network numbered with 08963226135.but this land line is not working from past 25days,so i lodged a complaint through customer care on 31-jul-2012 with complaint number 16768407158
. at that time they said ‘your problem will be solved within 24hrs’ i waited and waited for number of days but no one in parvthipuram BSNL exchange responded to that.even my brother and brother-in-law complained at the exchange orally and went there for more than 3times but still it is at dead state. after some days AUG-15 i got a message which says “your complaint was closed”. for all this stuff i have the only option is consumer forum. so i am requesting you to take further decisions to their eyes..
