Poor airtel services.

Name of company/service: Airtel

After a long dispute with Airtel and still the issue is unresolved, I can not take it up any more as i m fed up and my frustration level with Airtel is on its highest. Now, I am looking ofr to cancel the connection. Therefore, I talked to customer care excecutive for the cancellation on connection and he said that I need to make complete payment first to Airtel to clear all outstandings an then only the connection will be cancelled. Can I ask Airtel that what about the time and money I have wasted to raise the issues and follow up them. I would request Airtel not to extend this dispute anymore and Cancel the connection without considering any outstanding on my side otherwise If Airtel wants to have a legal dispute in consumer court then also I am ready for that. I have all the bill/proofs which completely prooves the poor services of Airtel which can frustrate any customer. I want Airtel to make its decision ASAP.
