same issue here. 198rs. 7204541781. The customer care says that they cant do anything. They also refuse to provide any proof. The irony is that I do jot even know what this service is and how to use it. This is illegal. I am a law student and will will take legal action. Other customers who faced this problem, pls join me. As per TRAI Faqs
1. The service providers activate value added service like hello tunes, ring tunes, background music etc. on a telephone/ mobile of a consumer without his/her consent and charge for the same. Is it permissible?
A. The service provider cannot activate any value added service, whether chargeable or free of charge, without the explicit consent of a customer. In case the subscriber seeks to unsubscribe the value added service within 24 hours from the time of its activation, the service provider has to deactivate the value added service and adjust or refund the deductions made if any.
Tata has maintained trust with ppl and this mobile services are ruining their name,
minting money thro unfair balance deduction
92 Rs deducted from my balance, Called Customer care, saying that they cannot refund the amount deducted for Activating LATE NIGHT MASTI PACK, WHICH I NEVER ACTIVATED
I have not Downloaded/activated/subscribed for any packs/games/any other services, i have just browsed for checking mail
So many times amounts deducted just like above. But no refunds.
Its the same issue with my wife’s number also, services are active and daily 2 rs is deducting
we have called several times to deactivate service, customer care say it takes 4 rs but it wasnt deactivated
this is the last attempt we will port both numbers to other networks.

I have been charge 284 rs for on 3r &4th oct 2012 for some site know as late Masti even with out suffing the Internet or going on this site the Tata DOCOMO has charge me this..after talking to customer Care executive they are just useless some say we can’t refund your money and the other say we will refund you …but they never gave me the refund yet…I’m getting mentally harress coz they take around 1hour to transfer the call to seniors and after that also not sure..help me out please my no.08983490395 to
