Item faulty (First Time):returned
The item received for the second time also was faulty with hinge broken. On the same day after opening the pack we called the customer care.
Till today (17th august 2012)the item has not been exchanged. Customer care people call us once in blue moon numerous saying that courier person would “soon” arrive at our door to collect the defective piece. but that “soon” never arrives. no courier person has come till date
“We donot have trays in stock. But we are ready to send a refund for the product. A person will come to collect the piece after which you shall be given your refund within ten days.”
we were told this somewhere in late june when once we called and tray was out of stock..but after that the tray has been displayed on channel umpteen number of times and despite our request to simply change the piece they are not doing anything and not giving us our tray.
It is our fouth month and we are still waiting for our tray or a refund. First of all twice they gave us faulty item. then their faulty item kept lying with us for months and months together. I am shocked at how this channel is fooling its customers all over India..
I guess it would have been much much better if I had never bought this item from here. customer care executives are rude over the phone and simply make us wait and wait till for fifteen to twenty mins before we have to forcibly keep the phone down.
pls help.this channel also doesn’t have a grievance cell where we could lodge a written complaint. our money is stuck. please provide a solution so that we get rid of this nasty channel.
