Hi,
I have a washing machine from Videocon. The same broke down 2 weeks ago.
Since then, I have called the customer care, emailed and smsed their numbers almost everyday. But despite many assurances, noone has come to visit and repair the machine.
The customer care has deliberately closed my complaint number 3 times – each time I had to call and reopen the call. They gave me the number of a service engineer, but the number has been switched off for the whole time.
The following people have been contacted:
1. Jignesh from call cantre – very rude and unhelful
2. Ashwini from call centre
3. Vishal Rajan
4. Harmeet Singh
I don’t know when these people will respond – have contacted them over 20 times. Every time I call I am told that the problem is already rectified when noone has ever visited me!
Will advise everyone never to go for Videocon.
