Payment Not Received by Bank Till Date

Name of company/service: HDFC BANK Ltd. & Life Style International Lucknow

Payment amount 699.00 RS.
I goto Purchase some stuff From Life Style International Lucknow on Dated 09/07/2012 I make payment by my credit card which provided by HDFC BANK payment amount is 699.00 rs. but according to merchant due to some connection problem payment is not completed from my credit card but in my credit Card bill Bank charge me the amount 699.00 regarding this I register request no to HDFC BANK on 18/07/2012 after waiting 8 day and also fill Depute form which I download from Bank Site but on till date bank said they paid to merchant and merchant said I am not get 699.00 amount form Bank. Please do needful ASAP
