Dear Sir,
Even though I never wrote or complaint about the issue relating to Data card and reliance phone issue I faced when I used the services,I see company sending notice to me for non payment of bill.
Thats totally unfair as company did not fulfilled services they promised and I have to suffer a huge loss of more than $1000 during that time but I never complaint and stop the services.
Now the lawyer is calling me on behalf of company and telling me to pay outstanding payment ,where in the country there is law who looks into consumer complaint effectively when corporate is not providing services and stopping the service even though you are making payment.
I lost my elder father in law and was in hurry to book Flight ticket but inspite of making payment I did not got the service at right time when it was needed urgently and that delayed me in reaching to my native place and I could not able to attend the last riots of my father in law.
This all happened due to not providing service on time and no prompt response from any of Reliance people.
They infact talk like they are Owner of company and misbehave in talking
How will in a country known for their ethics and morale consumer can do much where you do not get service but you need to make payment as corporate is big jungle where consumer lost their identity and whatever they do common people need to follow ?
Please advise accordingly
