Balance wipe out

Location/place: modinagar

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I had activated rs 69 2g net pack, and had main balance of 73. i activated 3g net for 1 day after midnight docomo deducted all my main balance and my 2g data vanished. I have recieved a loss of 142 rupees and had wasted a lot of my exam time.
