1 item delivered was missing inside the box when it was opened

Name of company/service: Big Bazar

Hello,
on 15 August;2012 (10:30pm) i bought Koryo induction cookware set from Big Bazar, vasant kunj mall ,New Delhi.
When i opened the utensils box after coming back at home i found one item (Non stick Tavaa)was missing inside the box..

Please help me with this issue.
